Our engineers prepare the full permit-ready package; where a stamp is required, our retained US-licensed PEs review and seal as engineer of record in Texas and California — where much of our work runs — and for other states we engage a licensed PE for review and stamping, project by project.

ApproachUnderground conduit dimensioned from column centers and grid lines, slab-penetration sheets, colour-coded deck drawings, and device layouts with unit panel schedules for every apartment type.
OutcomeThe underground set issued for record after four submissions; apartment layouts carried through eleven revision rounds in a month — all on the contractor’s title block.

ApproachA consolidated sub-cellar overhead plan, then deck drawings to the bulkhead split by system — lighting, apartment feeders, fire alarm, CCTV — dimensioned against the HVAC layouts for floors 2–16.
OutcomeReturned “Approved as Noted” by the project’s engineer; the sub-cellar deck carried through six revisions as the design moved.

ChallengeA manufacturing tenant needed an ISO 8 cleanroom built into an operating warehouse — without a new electrical service, and with the adjacent office untouched.
ApproachThree rooftop heat pumps ducted directly into a 39-unit HEPA fan-filter ceiling, each unit set to 230 CFM; the existing 480/277V service reused, with one 75 kVA step-down transformer added for process power.
OutcomeA 12-sheet coordinated mechanical and electrical permit set, with the load calculation documenting 41% spare capacity — evidence the no-service-upgrade decision was engineered, not hoped for.
