From brief to permit-ready.

You brief us
Send the scope, jurisdiction, deadline and whatever you have — an architectural set, redlines or a model. We confirm what’s needed and send a fixed quote with a delivery date.

We produce
A named engineer builds the deliverables in Revit / AutoCAD, sized to real load calculations, with the calculation basis printed on the sheets.

QA & PE review
An internal QA/QC pass, then — where a US permit needs a seal — our retained PEs (TX & CA) or a per-project licensed PE reviews and stamps the work as engineer of record.

Permit-ready delivery
You get the coordinated set. We answer plan-check comments with clouded revisions and resubmit — the permit cycle is part of the job.
Stamping & EOR
We produce it. A US-licensed PE stamps it.
Engineer-of-record responsibility in the US sits with a licensed PE — and it’s illegal to “offer a PE stamp” unless that engineer actually performed or oversaw the design and accepts liability. We are clear about where that line falls.
Our engineers prepare the full permit-ready package. In Texas and California, where much of our work runs, our retained US-licensed PEs review and seal as engineer of record. For other states we engage a licensed PE for your project — someone who genuinely reviews the work and carries the responsibility. We tell you up front when that applies and what it involves.
We put it in writing — because knowing exactly who carries liability is what lets you hand us the work with confidence.
What this means for you

Committed turnaround
A standard permit set typically runs one to two weeks. Every quote carries a delivery date we commit to — agreed up front, not discovered later.
Revisions through plan check
We answer plan-review comments with clouded revisions and resubmit. Revision terms are stated in the quote, in writing.
QA / QC on every set
An internal review before anything leaves — coordination across disciplines, code checks, and the calculation basis on the sheets.
Your IP stays yours
NDAs as standard. Your drawings, your standards, your title block. Nothing is reused or published without your written permission.
One point of contact
A named engineer on your project, working your hours where it matters, on the tools you already use — BIM 360, ClickUp or shared cloud storage.
Codes we work to
IECC, IBC, NEC, IMC, IPC, NFPA, ACCA Manual J·S·D and California Title 24 — plus UK and Australian requirements where the project calls for them.

We can take payment through escrow, so funds release against agreed milestones — protection for both sides.

Our team has delivered work for US federal government agencies and the armed forces — including the Army, Navy and Air Force. Keeping that work confidential is exactly why we self-host our tools and never name a client.
