Foundation design and drawings for a generator-yard access stair at a hyperscale data centre in Virginia — a combined footing on four piers, fitted between an existing transformer and an underground duct bank, with sections, rebar schedule, pouring sequence and anchor details, sealed by the project’s engineer of record. Alongside it, anchorage and seismic-bracing details we draw inside our own MEP and architectural permit sets. Extracts only; client and project details removed.
Structural sets we coordinated our MEP against.
Framing, foundation and pre-engineered steel sets from recent MEP projects — every penetration, equipment load and chase checked against the structure before submittal. Structural design on these is by each project’s own designer or engineer of record; title blocks removed.

Stamping
Structural drawings for California, Texas and Florida are sealed by our partner licensed engineers, including licensed Structural Engineers (SE) in California; other states go through locally licensed partner engineers. We tell you up front when a seal applies.
What we need
Architectural plans (PDF or CAD), the project address and jurisdiction, and a geotechnical (soils) report where the city requires one.
Not included
Site visits, structural observation, special inspections and geotechnical reports.
